Arthur is back again to get you through the next six weeks of shutdown thanks to our State Government trying to contain the latest COVID-19 outbreak.

So don your surgical grade N95 respirator, lather up with hand sanitiser, pull up your mat and join in on our virtual yoga class.

 

We have two videos to make up the class then you can complete your session with some relaxation meditation.

The first one with salutes and the second with poses, to limber your body up and focus on your strength and balance to get you through the day. 

You will need basic props like a bolster (pillow or cushion) and some bricks (books, blocks of wood or house bricks) to get you through.
